Injunction for Telephone Harassment

Over a period of 10 months, the defendant subjected the plaintiff to various forms of harassment, including physical intimidation, verbal threats, stalking, and telephone harassment, resulting in the plaintiff suffering mental trauma and requiring psychiatric treatment.
 

The defendant also appeared at the plaintiff's workplace with the intent to intimidate.
The court ultimately ordered the defendant to pay the plaintiff HK$200,000 in damages for emotional distress and issued a permanent injunction restraining the defendant from further harassment.
